1. Service Description:

We specialize in providing comprehensive IT support for small to medium-sized businesses with between 5 and 50 computers. Our managed IT support service includes round-the-clock monitoring of your IT systems, regular maintenance and updates, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing guidance and support for IT strategy and planning. We also provide remote and on-site support as needed. We will work with you to create a customized plan that meets your specific needs and budget. Please note that our services do not include the cost of any hardware or software.

2. Payment Terms:

Our managed IT support service is billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing period and can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit. Invoices will be sent to the email address on file prior to the due date. Any disputes regarding invoices must be reported within 7 days of receipt. A late fee of £25 will be applied to any payments received after the due date. If a payment is not received within 15 days, service may be suspended until payment is made. A reactivation fee of £50 will be charged to reinstate service.

3. Service Level Agreement:

Our managed IT support service provides a dedicated team of technicians available to address any technical issues that may arise with your systems. We will respond to all service requests within 4 hours during normal business hours, and within 8 hours outside of normal business hours. Our team will work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, and will provide regular updates on the status of the issue. Our goal is to have all systems restored to full functionality as soon as possible.

4. Data Security and Confidentiality:

At our company, we understand the importance of keeping your data safe and secure. We take this very seriously and have strict measures in place to protect your data from unauthorized access, use or sharing. We also check and update our security regularly to make sure it meets industry standards and laws. Our employees and contractors who have access to your data have been thoroughly vetted and trained on our security policies and procedures. We will not share your data with anyone else unless required by law or with your permission. In case of a data breach, we will let you know right away and take action to fix the problem. We comply with all laws and regulations related to data protection, including GDPR. We promise to handle your data with the utmost care and confidentiality

5. Termination.

Either party may terminate the service by giving at least 30 days written notice to the other party, and upon termination, the client must pay all outstanding invoices within 30 days. The client’s data held by us will be deleted within 30 days of termination and termination will not affect any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to termination. Either party may also terminate the service immediately if the other party commits a material breach of these terms and conditions and fails to remedy that breach within 14 days of being notified of the breach.

6. Liability:

Our liability to you for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of our services will be limited to a maximum of £5000. We will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential or special damages, such as loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data. We will make every effort to prevent unauthorized access to your data, but we cannot guarantee that our security measures will be 100% successful. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability and we will do our best to ensure the services we provide meet your expectations, but we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom

If any disputes arise between us, we will try to resolve them through friendly negotiation first.
