In the event that remote assistance is not possible and physical work on the computer is required, CS Ninja can perform an on-site visit. Alternatively, you can bring your computer to our office for repair. Pick-up options for your computer are also available upon request.

1) Schedule a time
Contact us to schedule a time you are free to be in front of your computer.
If you do not have an account with us payment will be taken before the session is started. Prices will be based on our residential or business rates:
Residential: £60/first hour, £30/hour thereafter (one hour minimum; billed in ½ hour increments after)
Business: £100/first hour, £50/hour thereafter (one hour minimum; billed in ½ hour increments after)
2) Connect: Our technicians will guide you through simple steps to establish communication with your computer. A software download is required, and we cannot connect automatically without your permission for security and legal reasons.
3) Relax: Make yourself a cup of tea and let us handle the rest. Our technician can remotely access your computer desktop as if they were sitting in front of it, and communicate with you through a two-way chat session or by phone. Get the support you need without the hassle with CS Ninja.
