Flat Fee Prices
Flat fee prices apply to in-house computer repair only.
DIAGNOSTIC FEE £50
*VIRUS REMOVALS £65
*In a situation where the virus has corrupted the operating system beyond repair, we may have to backup (where possible) and reinstall your system. Extra charges may apply.
**COMPUTER PERFORMANCE TUNE-UP £75
**Speed up your computer!** Test hard drive, check system memory, clean temporary files, spyware/malware/virus scan & removal, registry cleaning, adjust memory allocations and more.
OPERATING SYSTEM RELOAD £75 (with Backup +£20)
Transfer licensed software (if applicable), back up files on original computer (if not deleted or corrupted); does not include external drive/storage unit.
DATA TRANSFER OR BACKUP £75
Transfer/back up files from hard drive to another computer, drive, CD or DVD; does not include external media, drive or storage unit.
PRIORITY SERVICES
Go to the front of the line! We will work on your computer first.
2 to 3-DAY SERVICE – add 50% on all service pricing; does not include lead time for parts replacement (where applicable)

Remote Support
Residential: £60/first hour, £40/hour thereafter (one hour minimum; billed in ½ hour increments after)
Business: £100/first hour, £50/hour thereafter (one hour minimum; billed in ½ hour increments after)
**For all other non-flat fee services or services performed in-shop, at your home or business establishment, hourly rates apply. All hourly rates have a 1 hour minimum charge.
Hourly Rates
**Hourly rates are charged for other miscellaneous services.**
Residential In-shop: £40/hour
Business In-shop: £50/hour
Home visits: £80 for first hour + £60/hour after (there is a 1 hour min. charge)
Business onsite: £100 for first hour + £80/hour after (there is a 1 hour min. charge)
