If you want quality IT support then please help me by telling me exactly what you do to make the problem happen and also what you wanted to happen if the problem were fixed. For example…
I’m using a bindows xp7 computer and I open a program called xyz and when I click on “file” it goes back to my desktop when I actually wanted it to open my file.
or for the less technically minded…
I want to chat to my grandson on the other side of the planet using this laptop thingy but before I did anything it just started sitting there looking all black and square and doesn’t seem to do much of anything else. It will be fixed when I can interact with a lifesized 3d holographic rendering of my grandson in realtime like on star wars.
Phrasing your questions like this will help me to assess wether or not I can actually assist you. Also please tell me what you have done already to fix the problem yourself and be specific about any error messages you are getting. So you might say…
I tried turning the computer off and on again but now I keep getting the message “Error 101”.
You will also get bonus points if you say something like…
I’ve already searched for a solution on the internet but I still couldn’t figure it out…
or at the very least…
I’ve casually glanced at the instruction manual at least once but I didn’t understand any of it and I rang their completely free technical support line already alas, to no avail….
Once you have submitted your message I’ll try and respond as soon as I can. It could be minutes later or you could be waiting for days. This is a free service so you have to wait in the queue.
Finally, if all of the above would take too long or if you’re too busy to have even read this much text trying to solve your computer issues, then you might consider ringing me up and offering me money instead. Paying customers will always have priority over free users.
